Charles A. Dobson, P.E. (President)  (Chuck@InLandDesign.net)

 

Chuck has been working in the field of engineering for over 25 years.  Beginning his career as a geotechnical inspector and field technician, he received his Civil Engineering degree from Drexel University in 1994.  One year later, he received his professional engineer’s license. Chuck has worked with numerous municipal and private clients; he possesses a robust knowledge and a widely-respected perspective of engineering that covers all the bases, from concept, to design to construction.  His experiences include three years as the Upper Providence Township Alternate Code / Code Enforcement Officer (1991-1994) as well as three years as Township Engineer Field Inspector in West Pottsgrove Township (1988-1991). 

 

Chuck is also a current member of the West Brandywine Planning Commission, where he once served as Chairman.  He has testified as an expert witness in dozens of cases pertaining to Conditional Use, Special Exceptions and Zoning Variances throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. 

 

Chuck’s municipal process expertise, as well as his thorough understanding of county and state land development requirements, make him an invaluable resource in the field of engineering.
